General note:
For the growth phase, energy-saving lamps are significantly more suitable than conventional discharge lamps due to their high blue light content. For the flowering phase, energy-saving lamps can be used as additional lighting to fully illuminate shaded areas in the grow tent. Due to their low heat generation, energy-saving lamps can also be installed very close to the plant. Due to their low energy consumption and the non-necessity of a ballast, they are among the cheapest and most efficient additional lighting for plants of all kinds in the flowering phase. During growth, only energy-saving lamps (preferably with growth spectrum) can be used to cultivate the plants.
