Shipping of Hemp Cuttings and Live Plants
The shipping of hemp cuttings is done quickly and discreetly. Our packaging is specially designed to protect the plants during transport and keep them in optimal condition. As shipping options we offer shipping via Hermes (3-5 days shipping time) and express shipping via UPS (1-3 days shipping time). Please note that the shipping time may be delayed due to unforeseen events.
Cuttings and hemp plants are only shipped on Mondays to ensure they are not in transit over the weekend and arrive fresh. If you order by express shipping, cuttings will be shipped from Monday to Wednesday.
If your cuttings are taking longer than expected, please contact our customer service immediately. We will check the shipping status and find a solution to ensure your plants arrive in the best condition.
If your plants arrive damaged, please document the condition with photos and contact our customer service immediately. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
