Express shipping with GO! Express: If express shipping is selected during checkout, delivery will take place on the next business day after dispatch between 08:00 and 12:00. We strongly recommend providing a drop-off authorization during checkout. If no one is available at the delivery address between 08:00 and 12:00 and a second delivery attempt becomes necessary, a processing fee of €15.00 will be charged. Express shipping is only available to Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. For all other countries, live goods can only be shipped via standard shipping. In this case, shipping is entirely at the customers risk.
