Consumers have a right of withdrawal as follows. Consumers are all natural persons who enter into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor attributable to their independent professional activity.
Your right as a customer:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item.

Tel: +43/1/2701935, Email: office@growroom21.com) by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Any such agreement would subsequently need to be made in writing; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
If the packaging or seal of live products such as seeds has been damaged or opened, these products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Please use the original packaging or equivalent packaging for the return shipment, which protects the goods during transport.
