Soft starting water (from the line - with an EC value below 0.5) requires an addition of extra calcium and magnesium.

These two substances are equally important according to the main fertiliser components (nitrogen, phosphor and potassium). If the plants are poured with a too low concentration of calcium and magnesium, burnt, yellow areas on the leaves of the plant can occur in different parts of the leaf.

Calcium and magnesium are essential for the photosynthesis process and the resulting healthy growth's of the plant.
